I'M SHERRY LAVONE

With more than 20 years of hands-on creative experience, I bring a rare combination of design expertise, strategic thinking, leadership, and adaptability across branding, rebranding, art direction, digital and print campaigns, publication design, video, web, social media, and creative strategy. I’ve built and operated my own successful freelance design agency, collaborated with major organizations and recognizable brands, and worked across medical, political, commercial, B2B, and B2C industries, including projects connected to Hillary Clinton, Malcolm Gladwell, Paul Kalanithi, CNN, the California Medical Association, McClatchy, Energizer, and more. I’m equally comfortable leading a creative team, working independently, managing clients and competing priorities, or jumping into the details to get the work done, and my experience as a graphic design and AI art teacher has strengthened my ability to communicate ideas, mentor others, and continually adapt to new technology. I bring a strategic mindset to every project, combining strong creative instincts with business awareness, problem-solving, and a genuine passion for creating work that is both visually compelling and effective.
